Use account recovery after selecting your listing. We review that request manually, confirm identity against your California license, and email next steps within one business day. The recovery link appears in step 2, below the email destination.

How long does the activation link last?

30 minutes. If it expires, just come back to this page and send a fresh one. There's no limit on how many times you can request a new link.
