How BipolarTherapyHub handles your information
BipolarTherapyHub is a small directory of California therapists who specialize in bipolar care. We try to handle data carefully and to explain what we do in plain English.
What we collect
- Therapist listings. Name, credentials, California license number, location, specialties, contact info, and a photo if one is provided. We start every listing from the public California Department of Consumer Affairs license registry and publicly visible practice information. Therapists can edit or remove their listing at any time via the claim page.
- Patient match intake. The answers you provide on the match form. We use these to suggest therapists. We don't link this to your identity unless you contact a therapist through the site.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit. Standard browser cookies.
- Email and account. If you sign up or claim a listing, we keep your email so we can send account-related messages.
How we use it
- To run the directory and route patient interest to therapists.
- To send account-related email (claim links, billing, account changes).
- To improve the site based on aggregated traffic patterns.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the site, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Sanity, content storage
- Resend, transactional email
- Vercel, hosting
- Stripe, payments

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Your rights
- See, correct, or delete your therapist listing, at any time via the claim page. Removal is instant once you confirm via email.
- Patients can request deletion of any match-intake data by emailing support@bipolartherapyhub.com.
- Any other privacy question, email support@bipolartherapyhub.com. We respond within one business day.
